Our Wind City™ mesh tops offer about 75% shade and are not waterproof, but they do work very well in all but the strongest winds. This is what you want when you can't use our Sun-Tec™ top because of wind, yet still need some shade. A Wind City™ mesh top is similar to the screen tops you see at a plant nursery or at garden centers. The Wind City™ mesh tops are correct fit alternatives with our Sun-Tec™ tops and attach to your frame with our standard ball bungees. A Wind City™ mesh top can be ordered in place of the standard top in a full system kit for the upcharge (as listed), in listed sizes only. Color is black.

A Wind City™ mesh top is very durable. If properly installed and maintained, it should last for several seasons. Remember, SHELTER SYSTEMS are modular. When wear or damage does occur, installing just a new Wind City™ mesh top will give you several more seasons of use.
