Our
FlapTop™ tarp folds down and over the side pipe of your
SHELTER SYSTEM top, eliminating the gap where the top meets the side. This allows for better water run-off, over the pipe and down the outside of a side or end panel. These tops are made from the same tough heavy duty silver polyethylene material as our regular
Sun-Tec™ 
tops. They hang down (over) each side and end about 10 to 12 inches, with the flap part unstressed.
These
FlapTops™ use our standard ball-bungees for attachment and are correct fit alternatives with our standard tops, but they are only available in a limited number of sizes, as listed below. The
FlapTop™ can be ordered in place of the standard top when purchasing a system kit for a reasonable upcharge, as listed below.
A
FlapTop™ polyethylene silver top is very durable. If properly installed and maintained, it should last for several seasons. Remember,
SHELTER SYSTEMS are modular. When wear or damage does occur, installing just a new
FlapTop™ top will give you several more seasons of use.
Note: Bungees are not included with replacement tops and are sold separately.
