We use a sophisticated form of address verification for all credit transactions to protect both of us against fraud. If the billing address for the credit card does not match the shipping address for a customer, we hold the order for verbal, personal verification. We are happy to arrange all manner of off-line payments (like money orders & bank checks, personal checks, etc.) with you. Just call 888-650-7004 to arrange alternate payment methods. We pursue all attempts at intentional credit card fraud, and ignore any concept of confidentiality when dealing with fraudulent transactions.
We Don't Charge Until We Ship
Your credit card will NOT be charged until we ship your order.
No Minimum Orders
We have no minimum orders - period, either by quantity or by dollar amount. Nor do we charge any handling fees for any size order, except where there may be unusual shipping issues.
Out of Stock?
We will call you before we ship your order if we are out of stock on ANY item.
Back Orders
We do not generally backorder items we are unable to ship at the time you order. You will need to reorder any item we do not have in stock at the time of your order. We charge only for the items we ship. If you have prepaid by check or money order we will refund the amount we are unable to ship. We will make every effort to notify you when a product again becomes available, although it is probably best to check with us after a few weeks.
Returns
We do not accept any returns, for any reason, without prior notification and authorization. Any claims for shortage or defective merchandise must be made within seven days of when you receive your order. No returns of any kind accepted after 30 days. All returns are subject to inspection and may have a restock charge added to any refund or credit. Any refunds will be less original freight charges. Credit card refunds will be made after 33 day from the time the credit card was originally charged.

Privacy Policy
We consider ALL information about our customers to be HIGHLY confidential. Under NO circumstances would we ever expose ANY of your personal information, financial information (e.g., credit card number) or even your e-mail address. We take great pains to see to it that none of this information is vulnerable technically or personally. NO information about our customers is ever rented, loaned, or sold to any third party.
We send you an e-mail to acknowledge your orders with us because it seems rude not to do so. Also, we occasionally send out a news or sale e-mail which you can permanently cancel at any time. We do NOT share, sell, rent or trade your e-mail address with anyone.
Furthermore, we believe that our customers have a right to know what information we might collect about them -- and why. We are pleased to personally address any privacy questions or concerns with any of our customers - at any time.
We Will Not Call You - Unless We Really Have To
We will not call you except when it is directly in connection with an active order you have placed with us. Telemarketing isn't something we like personally and something we don't think you would like from us, so we don't do it - ever

Our Secure Server is set up to automatically use the highest level of encryption that your browser (like Internet Explorer, Netscape, etc.) can legally handle. We do not use third-party credit card processing services or third-party computer providers for secure web transactions. Your personal transactions begin and end on our secure servers. We manually process all credit transactions off-line for your protection and ours.

If you believe we have violated your trust -- for any reason, at any time, in any manner -- we will respond immediately. We pledge to resolve any problem to your satisfaction. We are committed to your personal satisfaction with each and every purchase you make from us; but we "can't fix what we don't know is broken" and sincerely appreciate the rare opportunity to hear that we should have worked harder for your business.
