Double pitch (sometimes called A-Frame) systems are by far the most versatile. They are heavy-duty, self-supporting, free-standing units that can be used just about anywhere.
Our systems are specifically engineered to perform properly. They are moderately pitched, which gives the best stability in real outdoor use and at the same time provide the maximum amount of shaded area possible, yet still shed water quickly.
Although a SHELTER SYSTEM is designed to be stable in normal use, you will need to tie it down as a precaution against wind, especially sudden unexpected wind gusts. See our accessories page (here) for some useful ideas.
When you buy a SHELTER SYSTEM you get everything you will need, except the frame pipe. You will receive a tough, reusable plastic tote box containing all the connector corners, solar reflective silver Sun-Tec™ poly top, all elastic bungees needed to install the top and complete instructions.
